- April ShankThe service pretty much stopped after the sold my home. My realtor has us sign a form when he showed us the first house we looked at. I then listed with him, under the very strict understanding that I was not selling if I couldn't get what I want. We accepted an offer, wchich was supposed to be contingent on us finding what we wanted. This was never included in the contract. My mother-in-law went into the hospital so we really didn't have the time to properly read the contract. We assumed our agent would have our back. After we found out that was not the case. The agent, could only show property after 3 pm any day of the week. I work 2 jobs Monday - Friday, the only time I could look at property was on weekends. A couple of times he had other agents show us houses but mostly we have to work around his schedule. I finally fired him and went with another buyers agent. I got a notification that our buyers were taking possession at closing. Our agent had us sign a form to have a few days to move. I learned from the agent that eepresented our buyers, that the form was never even sent to them. No one from this company even showed up at closing but they sure got their 5% commission, after paying the other agent 2.5%.
